CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be called in at least four(4) hours prior to appointment time.
(Treatments scheduled prior to 2:00 pm must cancel before 7:00 pm of previous evening)
If less than four hours notice is provided, 50% of service price will be charged.
This charge will be waived if the appointment time is rebooked by another client.
If no notice is provided (NO SHOW), 100% of service price will be charged.
