Our goal is to make your visit to InTouch extraordinary in every way
Please read or scan this guide to answer any questions you might have. Please just ask, we want to make your visit to InTouch perfect in every way, exceeding your expectations. If there is anything we can do to enhance your experience, please just ask.
Reservations
We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, have complimentary tea and fill out any forms that may be necessary. We are committed to offering our guest a reliable timetable. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, or shorten the appointment as a courtesy to our next guest.
Cancellations
Appointments must be secured with a credit card. We kindly request a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Under 4 hours will be charged 50% of service price (must cancel before 7:00pm of prior evening if treatment is scheduled prior to 2:00pm). This fee will be waived if the appointment time is rebooked by another guest. If guest is a NO SHOW we will charge 100% of booking price.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are purchased in dollar amounts. They may be redeemed for services or product. They are transferable. No refunds can be given.
Your Services
We are here to serve you. This is your special time and your preferences are important to us. Please speak up and ask for whatever you need. It’s your privilege. Let your therapist know if want to be quiet and don’t want to talk. Be sure to tell us if the room is too warm or too cold. Let you therapist know if the pressure is just right. Feel free to relax and zone out; don’t feel you have to get involved in a conversation. Some guests even fall asleep!
Special Considerations
Special attention to your privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed with professional draping procedures during all body treatments and massage.
- Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes, as they may interfere with the organic essential oils we customize for your services
- It is best to refrain from shaving legs 24 hours prior to most body services
- Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. InTouch cannot be responsible for left items
- We offer our guests a chance to relax and escape for a while in a quiet atmosphere. Please enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from cell phone use.
Children
For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those receiving services will be permitted in the service area. Spa services are not available for anyone under the age of 12. Anyone under 18 receiving a spa service must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to the appointment. The adult must sign a consent and either accompany the underage guest in the treatment room or be on premise for the entire service.
We Work As A Team
We are pleased to offer a variety of hours and talent. If your therapist is unavailable or you would enjoy a fresh point of view, feel free to schedule with any team member for your services.
Gratuities
We are committed to providing exceptional service. If you are pleased with your treatment, we suggest a 15%-20% gratuity for your therapist. Tips may be left in cash or put on a credit card by letting the spa coordinator know the percentage you may want to leave.
Booking
We prefer you call to speak directly with our Spa Coordinators so we may match your needs to the best possible therapist for you.
Payments
We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. Sorry no American Express. Returned check fee is $25.
